All the items we sell are brand new unless we list it as used.
All items are inspected and carefully packed before shipping.

RETURN POLICY:
Items can only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged. Return shipping must be paid by buyer. Customers must email us at tinsandpins@yahoo.com within 2 days of receiving unwanted item. We will issue a RA# and a return shipping address for you to return the product. RA# will only be valid for 10 days. Do Not try to return an item until we issue you an RA#
Once we receive the returned item, we will replace it with an exact replacement if we have any left in stock. If we don't have a replacement, we will issue a refund (minus original shipping cost) through Paypal.
